Meet the Managing partners:

Hristo Asenov

Hristo has 15+ years of experience in the local real estate market. He started as а residential real estate broker and a year later moved in the land and industrial space market.

In 2007 he became part of the founding team of the affiliate of CBRE in Bulgaria and helped develop it to TOP 3 commercial real estate advisors in Bulgaria. After 9 successful years with CBRE Bulgaria, Hristo left the company in 2016 and in the beginning of 2018 he cofounded Trinity Real Estate with Angel and Stilian. He has worked on a number of landmark real estate transactions with companies like Speedy, Billa, DHL, Praktiker, Kaven Orbico, Shell and others.

Hristo’s main focus in Trinity Real Estate is implementation of CRE CRM platform in the day-to-day activities and business development.

Hristo has a non-profit passion – to rebuild the Orthodox Christian Temple “Ascension of Our Lord” in Mladost 1, Sofia. Hristo serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.

Stilian Jelev

Stilian has 5+ years of experience in the local real estate market. He started working at the affiliate of CBRE in Bulgaria alongside Hristo and his main focus of work was retail space. He was also responsible for the successful re-negotiation of the lease agreements, and he lead lease negotiations for key accounts like Shell, Societe Generale Expressbank and others.

Stilian holds an MBA from the University of Miami with concentrations in Real Estate, Management, and International Business. Upon his return to Bulgaria, he co-founded Trinity Real Estate alongside Hristo and Angel. He is currently managing partner of the company where his main focus of work is retail and office space.

Angel Blagoev

Angel has 5+ years of experience in the local real estate market. He started his career as a market researcher which helped him build a substantial knowledge about the different real estate segments in Bulgaria.

His previous experience includes working for a few of the big real estate investors in Bulgaria and he was also involved in some of the development projects for industrial zones in the country.

Angel co-founded Trinity Real Estate alongside Hristo and Stilian and is currently managing partner of the company. His main focus of work and expertise is leasing office and industrial space.
